The following deposit will be required at the time of booking;

Site Allocation Form must be completed and sent to Mountaindale Campground. This must arrive at least one week prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in a loss of up to 50% of deposit.

Between Booking and 7 days before arrival, the following cancellations are allowed without charge;

16 - 20 RV's 3
21+ RV's 4

Any cancellations above the number allowed will be liable to a charge of:

$5.00 per night per site.

Any cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged full price.

If sites are cancelled, then Mountaindale Campground may move group members to another site which would be beneficial to Mountaindale Campground and group.
